Stuffed buns

Pulled rolls filled with broccoli mixture, breaded and fried until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Broccoli, cut into individual florets, boil in salted water, then drain and let drain thoroughly
2. Fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in oil, add the pitted, diced peppers, sauté
3. Add the finely chopped broccoli, eggs and stir until the eggs are set, season the mixture with salt and pepper
4. Cut the rolls in half and hollow them out
5. Stuff the individual halves with the broccoli mixture, joining two together each time
6. Wrap the filled buns in the triple layer and fry them in hot oil until golden brown
7. Sprinkle the finished buns with grated Parmesan cheese.
