Stuffed bun with ham, egg and Vegetable Recipes

for a little snack? Why not a bagel filled with all the goodies! This one isn’t even a recipe, more like an inspiration of what to stuff your soft bun with to make it really tasty.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 1 piece multigrain bun 3 pieces 3 pieceshighest quality chicken breast ham slices from Klatovy Poultry Plant 1 pc hard-boiled eggs (or your preference) 1 pc salad leaf 1 pc sour pickles 1 pc tomatoes

Procedure:

  • Boil the eggs in salted water for 10 minutes. Before the egg is cooked, slice your cucumber and tomato into rounds.
  • Prepare your bun, cut it in half, but so that part of it remains whole, and spread with spreadable butter.
  • Place lettuce, 3 slices of ham, sliced egg, cucumber and tomato inside.
  • Recommendation:

    Tip DZ Klatovy: For a stronger taste, you can spread one part of the bun with extra French or Breton mustard.
