Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Warm appetizer, baked potatoes stuffed with ham and cream mixture.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash and dry the potatoes, arrange them in a baking dish, put them in the oven and half-bake them at 180 °C (about 20 minutes), then cut them lengthwise and hollow out the inside
2. Prepare the filling; fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in melted butter, add diced ham, egg, cream, salt, pepper, ground paprika to taste, mix and fill the potatoes with the prepared mixture
3. To decorate, prepare the mash from the hollowed out flesh, add salt, mix it with butter and cream, put it in a cake decorating bag and spray each filled potato with a cap
4. Place the potatoes in a buttered baking dish, put them back in the oven and bake until golden brown (check them continuously to make sure they don’t burn).
Recommendation:
Serve separately as a delicacy and garnish with green parsley before serving.
