Strong homemade vegetable broth

Root Vegetable Recipes together with cabbage and leek, boiled in salted water. The broth is flavored with sautéed onions and spices.

1. Place carrots, parsley, celery, kale and a piece of leek in boiling salted water, cook for 1 hour
2. Fry peeled, chopped onion in butter, add peppercorns and allspice, stir and sauté for a while
3. Pour everything into the broth, let it simmer for a while and then strain the broth.
