Strážnický verbuňk

Country mince prepared from pork leg and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

900 g of pork rump 300 g onions 100 g English bacon 100 g of horseradish 100 g oil 6 pcs hot peppers 4 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs sterilized cucumbers 1 dl red wine 1 tbsp tomato puree salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the onion in oil, add the diced meat and fry
2. Slightly cover with water, add grated garlic, tomato paste, salt, add hot peppers and simmer until semi-soft
3. Sprinkle the plate with finely grated horseradish and serve boiled potatoes as a side dish.
