Strawberry whipped cream mousse

Foam as light as a summer morning

Wash strawberries, remove stems, chop, blend, mix with vanilla sugar.

Whisk the whipped cream, add a tablespoon of sugar and mix with the strawberries.

If you want gelatin: After blending, take about a tablespoon of the blended strawberries, let the gelatin swell in them, and heat slowly until the gelatin melts.

Set aside, let cool a bit and mix everything together.
