Strawberry Tiramisu

A popular Italian dessert made with mascarpone, fresh strawberries, almond liqueur, eggs and sponge cake.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar with the vanilla sugar, stir in the mascarpone and carefully fold in the beaten egg white
2. Wash the strawberries, drain them, then cut them into slices
3. Line a larger glass bowl with half of the sponge cake, drizzle with almond liqueur and top with some of the strawberry slices
4. Cover the strawberries with half of the whipped mascarpone, top with the other half of the sponge cake, and garnish with the liqueur, strawberries and mascarpone
5. Garnish the top layer with strawberry slices and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
