Strawberry soup

ingredients

400 g strawberries 1 litre milk 2 tbsp icing sugar to taste whipped cream for garnish some strawberries for decoration

procedure

1.

Smash the strawberries with a fork or mash them. Add the milk, stir together, sweeten and chill.

2.

Garnish the soup with whipped cream and chopped strawberries.
