To assemble
14 servings Cream 250 g buttermilk 200 g icing sugar 2 tbsp breadcrumbs 700 ml strawberry compote Dough 200 ml of water 250 g of plain flour 4 pcs. Eggs 250 g of icing sugar 0.50 packet of baking powder Chocolate glaze 4 teaspoons of cocoa 150 ml of oil
Recipe preparation steps
1 Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and lukewarm water until foamy, then whisk in the oil, the cocoa, the powdered flour and the egg whites.
