The day before baking the dessert, boil an unopened can of milk in plenty of water for 90 minutes. Then let it cool down.

On the second day, mix the egg yolks with the sugar. After mixing with the stiff egg white and flour, spread the batter on the prepared baking sheet. Bake it in a preheated oven.

In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar and finally add the contents of the milk tin. Spread the butter-milk cream on the surface of the cooled dough.

Pack the washed and drained strawberries thickly around the cream layer.

Layer the whipped cream, which has been prepared with a whipping cream thickener or a little icing sugar, on top of the strawberries. Place the cake in the refrigerator.
