The recipe is suitable for every day. Good taste

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt for the snow and the egg yolks with the sugar for the cream. Then add milk, flour, baking powder, vanillin sugar to the egg yolks

To this batter then add the egg whites.

Bake on a baking tray with baking paper at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Place the strawberry pudding on top of the baked cake and then arrange the sliced strawberries on top. Finally, top with gelatin and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
