Strawberry Puree Soup with Coconut

Soup of strawberry puree, coconut milk and whipped cream.

Ingredients:

400 g ripe strawberries 250 gcream to whip 250 ml of coconut milk 1 bag of vanilla sugar powdered sugar to sweeten coconut chips and strawberries for garnish

Procedure:

1. Blend the cleaned strawberries in a blender and puree through a thick sieve
2. Then blend the puree thoroughly with the coconut milk and vanilla sugar
3. Gently fold most of the whipped cream into the prepared strawberry base and sweeten the soup with powdered sugar as needed

Recommendation:

Serve with an ice cream wafer or cookies.

Decorate each serving with a sliced strawberry, some of the remaining whipped cream and coconut chips.
