Strawberry-poppy spelt cake

ingredients

700 g strawberries 6 pcs egg 6 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp oil 8 tbsp flour 1 packet baking powder

Crumble

100 g flakes 50 g poppy seeds 50 g sugar 50 g Hera

A delicious treat for young and old alike…

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy and add the oil.

Beat for 2 more minutes and add flour mixed with baking powder.

3.

Mix the flakes to a powder.

4.

Stir in the ground poppy seeds.

5.

Add sugar and butter and work into a meal with your fingers.

6.

Pour the batter onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet and arrange the strawberries cut in half.

7.

Sprinkle the top with the crumble and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
