Strawberry pie

ingredients

80 g plain spelt flour 100 g oat flour 240 g white yoghurt 100 g cottage cheese 3 pcs eggs 3 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tbsp oil 2 teaspoons baking powder 100 g strawberries

Excellent strawberry cake….

1.

Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl

In another bowl, mix yogurt, eggs, sugar, cottage cheese and oil.

3.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well.

4.

Pour onto a small baking tray (approx 22x20cm) lined with baking paper

5.

Place the sliced strawberries on top

6.

Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
