1 kg ripe strawberries 500 g granulated sugar 50 ml lemon juice

Strawberry homemade jam is delicious:))

Pick the strawberries, wash them. Place in a saucepan and mash, cook from boiling point for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Repeatedly skim off the foam. Blend with an immersion blender, add granulated sugar and lemon juice, stir until sugar is dissolved and cook again for 30 minutes or longer, as thick as you want the jam, add more lemon juice. Keep skimming off the foam. Put a teaspoon of jam on a plate and test the thickness.

Pour the jam into the boiled jars, cover with the boiled lid and close. Turn upside down for 5 minutes. Turn back over, cover and leave under a blanket to cool. Enjoy!
