Strawberry cream

ingredients

400 g puff pastry 500 ml whipping cream 1 packet Dr.Oetker whipping cream stiffener 500 ml milk 2 packets Golden cob 2 packets Vanillin sugar Dr.Oetker 100 g butter 500 g fresh or frozen strawberries 1 packet Dr.Oetker strawberry pudding 3 packets vanillin sugar

A delicious dessert with strawberry filling and a dollop of whipped cream.

Bake 2 sheets of puff pastry.

Make a thick custard with milk, sugar and golden cob, stir in butter when hot. Spread the cooled filling on the bottom sheet.

For the second filling, boil the strawberries, stir in the strawberry pudding and sugar to thicken. Spread the strawberry filling on top of the first filling.

Beat the whipped cream with a whisk and spread over the strawberry filling.

5.

Cover with the second puff pastry and refrigerate to set.
