Strawberry-coffee jam

ingredients

1,5 kg fresh, ripe strawberries 1/2 kg gelling sugar 5 tbsp ground coffee 2 pcs disposable spice bags 2 pcs lemon (juice)

Jam jam with the aroma of coffee.

Strawberries are de-stemmed, washed and left to drain. Blend half and chop the other half finely.

Combine the mixed and small pieces of strawberries and place in a larger pot. Sprinkle the gelling sugar over the fruit, add the lemon juice and stir.

Place the coffee in a piping bag, seal and place with the strawberries and let sit for about 3 hours.

Then bring the mixture to the boil until it begins to simmer and boil rapidly for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

5.

Remove the pot from the heat, remove the coffee bags and fill the jars. Close immediately.
