Strawberry Clafoutis in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for strawberry clafoutis in Thermomix, a tasty clafoutis quite soft with melting strawberries, easy to make in the thermomix and perfect to serve cold or warm for a gourmet dessert that will delight the taste buds of young and old.
Ingredients:
400 g strawberries 125 g flour 2 eggs 80 g sugar 260 g milk 1 tablespoon rum 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation in Thermomix:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, rum and milk in the thermomix bowl and mix for 40 seconds at speed 5.
Wash then cut the strawberries in half and place them in a buttered pan.
Pour the batter over the strawberries and then bake for 40 minutes. Halfway through the baking time sprinkle your clafoutis with brown sugar.
