Strawberry-cheesecake with gelatin

2 packets red gelatin strawberry juice as desired fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries)

Prepare the ingredients for the dough.

Beat eggs with sugar, salt until foamy add oil, milk alternately. Finally, stir in the flour with a fork. Line a cake tin (26cm diameter) with baking paper, butter the sides and dust with flour. Pour the batter into the tin, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Bake for 20 minutes.

Paste the ingredients and the cottage cheese filling + gelatine.

Wash the strawberries let them drain cut them into small pieces. Cut the cooled cake in half remove the baking paper. Brush with the rest of the filling. Drizzle both cut sides with strawberry juice. Beat cream and sour cream until semi-fat, add cottage cheese, beat until smooth.

Spread 3/4 of the cream on the cut crust, fold the other half of the crust over, brush with the rest of the filling, smooth. Arrange strawberries or other fruits according to the season, see photo.

Prepare the gelatine according to the instructions on the package, spread it on the cake and put it in the refrigerator to harden. Decorate as desired. Enjoy.
