Strawberries in port wine

Strawberries marinated in port and served with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

Spices for 4 people: 500 g strawberries 1.5 dl of port wine 1 dl of whipping cream 3 tbsp of powdered sugar vanillin sugar

Procedure:

1. Sugar the cleaned strawberries, cover with wine and refrigerate for half an hour
2. Place the strawberries in a bowl and decorate with lightly sweetened whipped cream flavored with vanillin sugar.
