Strapačky s brynzou

Although the classic tassels are prepared with cabbage, they are also great served like this! This recipe is definitely worth trying!

Ingredients:

750 g of potatoes 350-400 gsemolina flour 300 g of potato 250 g bacon 1 pk onion water salt

Procedure:

  • Peel the raw potatoes, grate them
  • Then mix the grated potatoes with flour mixed with a little salt
  • In salted boiling water, boil the potatoes in small batches, when they float to the surface, transfer them to cold water with a sieve, they will not stick
  • Drain the strips and heat them in a frying pan with the cooked bacon, on which we have previously fried the chopped onion until golden
  • Finally add the bryndza and serve hot.
