Štramberačka

Soup from Novojičín prepared from sour milk or sour cream, potatoes, plain or semi-coarse flour, fresh or sterilised dill and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

400 g of raw potatoes 40 g smooth or semi-coarse flour 2 dl sour milk or sour cream bay leaf new spices whole pepper cumin vinegar water salt fresh or sterilized dill

Procedure:

1. Boil the peeled and cut potatoes in salted water with spices
2. Add sour cream or milk to the almost soft potatoes with the dissolved flour and cook, stirring frequently
3. Sour the soup to taste and season with chopped dill.
