Stewed zucchini in tomato sauce
ingredients
500 g zucchini 200 g celery 200 g carrots 1 pk chilli 3 pk sweet red pepper 1 pk onion oil 5 tbsp passé tomatoes 1 dl vegetable broth 1 tbsp soy sauce salt ground black pepper
procedure
1. Peel and core the zucchini and grate the rest. 2. Peel the carrots and celery, peel the peppers and grate everything. 3. Fry the onion in the oil and add the chopped peppers. Fry for a few seconds. 4. Add the grated zucchini, celery, mkrva and paprika. Stir and sauté for about 5 minutes. 5. Then add the passé tomatoes and broth. Stir. 6. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for at least 20 minutes until fully cooked. 7. If you like, you can add parsley or baby onions at the end. Serve with boiled potatoes. Enjoy!
