Stewed rice with mushrooms
ingredients
500 g rice 40 g lard 500 g fresh mushrooms 50 g onion to taste salt, parsley
step
Fry the chopped onion in lard, add the chopped mushrooms, add salt and simmer. When they are soft, add the rice, top up with water and simmer together in the oven. Finally, stir in the chopped parsley.
