1. Boil the rinsed lentils in salted water until semi-soft. Wash the rice, pour in the vegetable stock and cook covered. 2. Drain the lentils, fry in a pan in hot butter. Season it with vegetata, black pepper and pour a little broth over it. Simmer it, covered, and finally stir in the rice.
