Stewed patizone as a side dish

ingredients

800 g patizón 1 pk red onion 3 cloves garlic 1 KL ground cumin 2 tbsp vinegar pk salt pk ground black pepper

procedure

1. 2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions. 3. Add the sliced garlic and add the grated patizón. 4. Season lightly with salt and pepper and add 1 kl ground cumin seeds. 5. Simmer under a lid on a gentle heat for about 15 minutes. 6. Then add vinegar to taste (I put 2 tbsp). Season to taste and serve with the meat as a side dish.
