Stewed green beans
ingredients
500 g green beans 1 pk onion a little olive oil 150 g tomatoes 2 cloves garlic 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper
procedure
1. Wash the beans, dry them and cut them into smaller pieces. Slice the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop finely. 2. Fry the onion in a pan in hot olive oil. Add the beans and simmer over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. In a second pan, fry and then stew the tomatoes in oil. 3. Season with pressed garlic, salt and pepper.
