Stewed frozen spinach

2 packets frozen spinach 1 pk onion 20 g plain flour 1/8 liter milk 1 pk egg yolk 2 cloves garlic to taste salt, pepper, milk

Grease the pan. Let the chopped onions brown, dust with flour, add the spinach and the pressed garlic. Cover and simmer for about 1/4 hour. Soften the spinach with milk and egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
