600 g cauliflower 40 g lard 20 g onion 30 g semolina to taste egg, salt

Fry the onion in lard together with semolina.Then add the disassembled cauliflower, cover with water, salt and simmer. The water must evaporate. When it is soft, pour in the beaten egg and bake.
