Stewed Cabbages

Cabbage – a kind of small green peppers.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g small capsicum (type of peppers) 300 g onions 5 tbsp oil ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the caps before preparation, cut the ends and scrape out the seeds with a spoon 2. Put the sliced onion and the whole kabachki in a small pot, cover with oil and simmer under the lid on a very low flame until tender (about 50 minutes)
