Sterilised mushrooms in fat

1 kg mushrooms 100 g fat to taste salt

Salt the cleaned and sliced mushrooms to taste and simmer them in their own juices for 15 min. At the end of stewing, add fat in the amount of about 1/10 of the weight of fresh mushrooms.

Fill the prepared mushrooms into 1/2 l bottles, leaving about 3 cm air gap and sterilize them at a water bath temperature of 95 degrees for 60 min. Repeat this sterilization in 48 hours.
