Do you know these cuts with the strange name? A delicate two-tone pastry enhanced with custard and a crown of sour cream and the famous bar.

I only baked with a half batch, which is why I have a small baking sheet. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the water, oil, flour with baking powder and the egg whites.

Line the baking tray with baking paper and pour in half the batter.

Into the other half, stir in the cocoa and spread over the light colored dough.

In the meantime, make the custard and pour it over the dark pastry and use a fork to pull all the layers through to the bottom in a wavy pattern.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg. C for about 30 minutes.

Spread the cream over the cooled cake and sprinkle with coarsely grated Margot or chocolate or granola. Cream: Whisk the sour cream with the vanilla sugar and lightly fold in the whipped cream.
