Steamed pumpkin curry with minced meat recipe

2 servings 300 g minced meat – beef, pork, mixed meat, poultry… 300 g pumpkin – peeled 1 onion more oil or mano slo 2 teaspoons curry powder approx. 100 ml whipped cream or cream 1 teaspoon plain flour or solamyl, approx. Put the meat in a pan, add salt and fry, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with curry spices (quantity according to type and colour), stir, pour in the cream, add the cubed pumpkin and simmer covered, stirring occasionally and covered with water, until the pumpkin is soft and has a bite left in it. Add the flour, stir and leave to cool for a few minutes. 2 Serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes, rice or pasta. 3 If you are using flour pumpkin, which is easy to cook, there is no need to thicken the mixture with flour.
