300 g rice 2 tbsp oil 600 ml water
procedure
1. Fry the rice in the oil, stirring constantly until golden brown. Pour over most of the water, season with salt and simmer under a lid until almost tender. 2. Then pour more water over the rice as needed and, uncovered, simmer it in a moderately heated oven until tender. Fluff the finished rice with a fork.
