1 kg coarse flour 1 pk egg a little salt a little milk 1/2 dl oil 30 g yeast 20 g sugar 40 g butter for greasing 1/4 kg plum jam 80 g nuts 80 g powdered sugar 40 g butter
procedure
1. Make a thick dough with the flour, egg, oil, yeast, sugar and lukewarm milk and let it rise in a warm place. 2. Roll out the risen dough and cut it into equal squares. Fill them with jam, wrap them and place them in a greased roasting tin. 3. Cover with lukewarm water, cover and place in the oven. Sprinkle with ground nuts and sugar and pour over the butter.
