I’m giving the recipe as an inspiration. At home or on the net you can find a lot of recipes for dough for steamed buns. We fill them with strawberries or fruit we have at home during the summer.
The step is exactly the same as for buns with jam. Over the summer, fill your buns with whatever fruit you like. We like strawberries or apricots the best. Sprinkle to taste. We like them nutty. And I put 2 strawberries in the buns if they are smaller.
