Spring Vegetable Rolls

Rice paper rolls filled with a mixture of chicken, Vegetable Recipes and other ingredients, fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

400 g of vegetable mix (carrot, red pepper, Chinese cabbage, sprouts, cabbage) 300 g thin rice noodles 140 g cooked shrimp 100 g cooked chicken 2 tbsp of soy sauce 8 pieces of rice paper 2 pcs of garlic cloves a small piece of ginger grated oil for frying water

Procedure:

1. Pour hot water over the rice noodles, drain after a few minutes and cut into smaller pieces
2. In a bowl put rice noodles, a mixture of Vegetable Recipes cut into thin noodles, cooked shrimps, chicken cut into smaller pieces, peeled crushed garlic cloves, finely grated ginger, soy sauce and mix everything well
3. Put the round rice paper in a large bowl of warm water, one at a time, put the paper in it, carefully pull it out after half a minute, shake it to drain the water and put it on a dry plate
4. Put a part of the prepared mixture to the edge of the rice paper, roll it up, about halfway through the roll, flip the sides to the centre so that the roll does not get tangled anywhere
5. Then in a pan in a higher layer of heated oil, fry the rolls on both sides until golden brown.

Recommendation:
