Spring Soup with Herb Nightshade

White soup with Vegetable Recipes and spring herbs, with an insert of herb nightshade.

Ingredients:

1.5 l vegetable stock (chicken) 150 g of corn 150 g cauliflower 150 g beans 150 g of peas 150 g of carrots ground pepper salt spring herbs (dandelion leaves, nettles, watercress, chives, parsley) Billy nightshade: 10 tablespoons of grits 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoonsbutter 1 pk oats 2 pk slices of ham spring herbs pinch of ground mace salt

Procedure:

1. Clean the Vegetable Recipes, cut into small pieces, pour the broth, add salt and cook for 30 minutes
