Spring soup from root Vegetable Recipes

1 bunch young carrots 2 pcs parsley 1 pcs small celery 6 pcs potatoes salt black pepper whole 2 pcs mushroom broth 2 tbsp oatmeal 1 tbsp olive oil 1,5 l water

A tasty spring soup.

Root Vegetable Recipes and potatoes peel and cut into small cubes. Take oatmeal and soak in water.

Roast the Vegetable Recipes in a little oil, add the potatoes, pour in about 1.5 litres of water, add the stock, salt and pepper to taste and leave to cook until tender.

When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, thicken the soup with oatmeal and boil briefly. Can be served. Enjoy!
