Spring Soup

Soup prepared from water mixed with masox or chicken broth with a vegetable insert.

Ingredients:

1.25 l of water or chicken broth 3 pcs egg yolks 2 pcs potatoes 1 pc of butter (not when using stock) 1 tablespoon butter greenhouse kohlrabi

Procedure:

1. Cut the cleaned Vegetable Recipes and potatoes into neat pieces and boil in salted water
2. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, add a tablespoon of butter to the soup and set aside
