Spring salad with cheese
ingredients
1/2 pcs cauliflower 1 bunch carrots 1 bunch radishes 2 tbsp sterilized peas 2 pcs leaf lettuce 2 pcs hard-boiled egg a little salt a little lemon juice 1 tsp mustard 4 tbsp oil a little cream to taste Balkan cheese
procedure
1.
Cook the cauliflower in salted water until tender, drain and divide into florets when cool.

Add thinly sliced or coarsely grated carrots, radishes, drained sterilized peas, torn lettuce and cooked egg whites without yolk.
3.
Salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the egg yolks with the mustard and oil, dilute with the cream and stir into the salad.
4.
Place the salad in the fridge to chill briefly and sprinkle with grated Balkan cheese before serving.
