Spring rolls stuffed with mushrooms

ingredients

8 pcs rice paper 200 g mushrooms a little oil 2 pcs colored paprika 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper 200 g Feta cheese a little parsley

procedure

1. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into smaller pieces and fry them in a frying pan in hot oil. Take them out and set them aside. Chop the peppers and fry them in the oil. Mix them with the mushrooms and crumbled Feta cheese. 2. Soak the rice papers briefly in warm water. Take them out, fill them with the prepared mushroom filling, roll them up and fry them in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides.
