Spring, pea and leek soup

ingredients

1 pk white part of the leek, nothing will happen if we put the green part too 1 pk young onion 1/2 handful fresh basil 400 g peas to taste salt, pepper, a little whipping cream a little olive oil a little milk 2 tbsp spelt flour

procedure

1.

Fry some finely chopped really young onions and sliced leeks in oil, after a while add peas, salt and pepper and pour water over them

Let cook for about 5 minutes, set aside and blend with a blender.

Make a roux from the flour-oil add a little milk, thicken a little and cream.
