A really interesting combination of flavours! Smoked pork belly cut into cubes, fried, mixed with sterilized peas, celery cubes …. and noodles; dish served garnished with grated cheese and parsley.

Procedure:
1. Put the cubed, pre-cooked, smoked pork belly into a large pot
2. Fry the pork belly, add oil, butter, diced celery and onion, sauté everything for a while
3. Add the sterilized peas without brine, a ladleful of the broth from the smoked meat and simmer the mixture for a while
4. Boil the noodles in salted water until tender, drain them, let them drain and then pour them into the pot with the meat and Vegetable Recipes
