Sushi in a different way. It is a cold appetizer that will delight not only the gourmet’s eye, but also lovers of Asian cuisine.

Procedure:
1. Cook the sushi rice according to the manufacturer’s instructions
2. Stir in rice vinegar and salt to taste
3. Use a cookie cutter to make the first tier 1 cm high of sushi rice
4. Lightly coat the wasabi rice, the more you put in the more pronounced it will be
5. Cut the nori seaweed into smaller pieces and then put them on the wasabi rice
6. Remove the avocado skin and mix with chopped coriander, season with lime juice, salt and pepper, the seasoned avocado comes as another palate, as high as the sushi rice
7. Cut the fresh salmon into small cubes, lightly salt and make the last palate, sprinkle with roughly chopped coriander and sesame seeds
8. Mix Hellmann’s Light mayonnaise with lime juice, a teaspoon of wasabi, salt and pepper
