Spread of sterilised mushrooms

250 g sterilized mushrooms 1 pk onion 4 cloves garlic to taste salt 2 cubes melted cheese 100 g butter to taste mild ketchup to taste soy sauce

Rinse the mushrooms under running water and boil a little. Then mix them with finely chopped onion, garlic rubbed with salt, cheese and butter. Add ketchup and a few drops of soy sauce.

Mix everything together to combine the mixture. Let cool and serve on toast or white bread. Enjoy.
