Spread of anchovy paste and egg whites

ingredients

5 pcs egg whites 120 g butter 1 pk onion 1 pk sweet and sour cucumber to taste anchovy paste a little salt

procedure

Cut the whites of the hard-boiled egg finely. Add softened butter, finely chopped onion, cucumber and anchovy paste to taste. Season with salt and mix. Serve spread on bread crumbs or white bread.
