ingredients

Cesto

190 g plain flour 150 g powdered sugar 100 ml milk 100 ml oil 4 pcs eggs 1 KL DrOetker baking powder

Cottage cheese filling

250 g lump cottage cheese 2 crucibles sour cream 1 pk Smetafix DrOetker 1 packet vanilla sugar DrOetker 4 tbsp caster sugar

For the top

2 packets Jelly, gooseberry and lemon to taste sugar 6 pcs kiwifruit

Delicious cake with cheesecake filling, fruit and gelatin.

Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites with the egg whites, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy, add the flour mixed with baking powder, and the oil and milk. Finally, add the egg whites.
