Sponge cake with custard cream and whipped cream
ingredients
200 g semi-coarse flour 4 pcs eggs 4 tbsp hot water 200 g powdered sugar
Pudding cream
500 ml whole milk 2 packets strawberry pudding 1 packet vanilla sugar 4 tbsp granulated sugar 250 g full-fat soft cottage cheese 250 g hera or butter

This is a festive cake that is suitable for any occasion, it’s very tasty and I got it from my grandmother who, although she used to add vanilla pudding, it’s also very delicious with strawberry or chocolate pudding, depending on your taste…

Step to prepare the cream: Boil the custard from the milk, custard powder and sugar.

Into the cooled custard, whisk the vanilla sugar, curd and ghee (butter).

Dough preparation step: Beat egg yolks with sugar and add water by spoonfuls.

Then stir in the flour and finally the egg whites.
5.
Grease the pan and dust with flour.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Bake the sponge cake and brush with the cream.

Place a layer of whipped cream on top of the cream, whipped according to the instructions on the package, or you can make your own (33% whipping cream with a little sugar or without sugar).

I sprinkled the top with grated chocolate.
