Spoiled Eggs with Salmon

Smoked salmon with egg, topped with cream, baked in the oven. Breakdown for about 4 servings.

Ingredients:

60 g of smoked salmon 4 tbspfull cream 4 pieces of egg butter pepper salt seeds of chervil for garnish

Procedure:

1. Cut the salmon into chunks and place in a buttered baking dish
2. Place the eggs directly on the fish in the baking dish, season with salt and pepper and pour the cream over the surface
3. In a preheated oven at 180 °C, bake the dish for 15 minutes until the mixture is firm
5. Garnish the portions on the plates with the kerblík and serve immediately warm with fresh bread.
